Fully Integrated Facilities
DC operates from a 32,500 square foot facility in the heart of Santa Clara's business enterprise zone. The company employs over 200 highly trained people, with two shifts working from 6:30 am to midnight.
All assemblies are IS0 9001-2000 compliant, and UL/CSA safety-approved. Our facility includes a Class 1000, Class 10,000 Clean Work Area and an ESD Safe Manufacturing Area.
A fully equipped machine shop gives DC the ability to produce custom molds on demand. Our tooling capabilities, combined with three 30-ton Newbury presses, means we can meet any injection moulding demand for customers worldwide.
In 2001 the company established manufacturing and distribution in Singapore and Shanghai for our overseas customers. In addition in 2004, DC established an office in Austin TX to support our clients east of the Rockies.
