Friday, July 9, 2010, San Jose, CA. – DC Electronics has announced the appointment of Bryan McCreedy as new Vice President of Sales and Marketing. McCreedy – a fifteen-year industry veteran – stepped into the leadership position on July 1, 2010. He takes on responsibility for all sales activities for the company, including identifying strategic opportunities and building industry relationships.
“We spent a long time looking for the right person, and I think we found him,” says company president, Dave Cianciulli. He adds, “Bryan has a clear track record of success and a lot of integrity. We’re excited about the new ideas and energy he brings to DC.”
McCreedy is an accomplished business development executive with more than fifteen years of experience in manufacturing sales and general management. Most recently, he headed up the Cleantech Division for Flextronics, the world’s leading Tier 1 contract manufacturer, where he drove sales and led the transformation of the Cleantech sales organization.
McCreedy says he feels fortunate to be part of the long standing DC Team. “DC serves fast moving, fast growing companies. For its size, the engineering services are incredible. Our ability to produce prototypes and quick turn, low volume runs can’t be beat. The company is poised for real growth, and that is exciting for me to be part of.”
